Case study · 2026
TerraFirm Development Group
A site development and exterior construction company in Greenville, North Carolina. They needed to look as serious online as their work is on the ground, and they needed it built from nothing: no logo, no site, no shortcuts.
The ask
Look established before the first bid.
TerraFirm does site development and exterior construction: scoped, planned, and documented before the first day of work. Their online presence had to carry that same discipline to general contractors deciding who to trust with a project.
There was no brand to start from. The name, the mark, the colors, and the voice all had to be drawn first, then the site built around them.
The build
Drawn from scratch, written by hand.
The TDG mark and the "Prepared to Perform" identity came first. Then a one-page site designed phone-first, because a contractor checking a sub out does it from a truck, not a desk.
Every line of the site is hand-written code. No page builder, no theme, no plugin stack to break or slow it down. That is why the numbers below look the way they do.
